Refund policy
Since Muskoka Luxury Retreats provides vacation rental experiences and concierge services — not physical products — traditional returns do not apply. All refund terms are governed by your individual rental agreement.
Cancellations by Guest Cancellation terms, including any applicable refund, are outlined in your signed rental agreement at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
No-Shows Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Early Departure If you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.
Weather & Force Majeure Refunds are not provided for weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Property Issues If you experience any issues with a property during your stay, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refund or credit considerations for legitimate property concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Concierge Services Refunds for concierge services such as chef, spa, boat rentals, and staffing are subject to the cancellation terms of each individual service provider. Please contact us for details.
