Gloucester Point cottage was made for entertaining and is a dream to behold with multi-tiered decks for guests to dine and recline on the multitude of seating configurations. An outdoor spa retreat is cleverly tucked under the lower deck for those spa enthusiasts to soak up the suds while enjoying majestic lake views.
Floor to ceiling windows drench the main floor open concept great room and adjoining kitchen/dining area in all day sun and allow majestic views from all vantage points. The great room is classically designed with comfy overflow seating for large gatherings. This classically designed cottage is a chef’s dream come true and is outfitted in premier stainless appliances with unlimited counter prep space as well as an island with seating for those guests who delight in watching the chef prepare their favourite creations.

A magnificent master king bedroom with a fully appointed 4 piece spa bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor with the remaining bathrooms, 2- Queen and 1 Bunkbed bedroom located on the lower walkout level. Movie night with popcorn is made easy in the lower level expansive great room which comes complete with oversized sectional, fireplace, tv entertainment area and a fully equipped kitchen area for late night snacks.
