The main living areas on the main level offer guest 2 distinct sitting and entertainment areas for tv watching or curling up and reading a great summer romance! Upstairs on the second level the 3 spacious well appointed bedrooms may be found. Two of the three bedrooms offer full king beds with the remaining bed being a queen size. A two piece bathroom is also accessible on the 2nd level with the 2nd 3 piece bathroom located on the main level.

The beautiful boathouse offers guests front row seats on the upper deck to watch unlimited shows of natural wildlife, sunsets and boating tours in the bay. In addition to front row seats overflow guests will enjoy the 3-4 person accommodation that is available in the boathouse as well.
